The tour lasts a little over two hours and ends in front of Strasbourg’s Notre-Dame Cathedral (please note that the tour does not include entry into the cathedral).

Participants may cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. If a cancellation is made after 24 hours, the refund cannot be made.
The reservation will be confirmed once the payment is made, only then the places will be closed from other possible reservations. If payment is not made within 24 hours of the start of the tour then the reservation will be cancelled.
Tours can be paid for by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
Via the website. Once you choose the tour you want to book and enter your participant information you will be sent to the payment page. Here you will be able to decide whether to create your own profile on the site and pay by card or PayPal (by creating the profile you will be able to have access to the tour details, download the invoice and upload the payment receipt in case you would like to pay by bank transfer) or to book and pay later. PLEASE NOTE: The reservation will be confirmed once the payment is made, only then will the seats be closed from other possible reservations. Once you have booked or paid you will receive an email to the email address given during the booking process.
